GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Baie Botanique reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time, without prior notice. This does not affect your legal rights. Purchase and redemption of a Baie Botanique gift card constitutes T&C acceptance, we recommend you read them before purchasing. Baie Botanique reserves the right to cancel a gift card if necessary.
REDEEMING A GIFT CARD
Baie Botanique gift cards are only redeemable at www.baiebotanique.com. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash value, or used for the purchase of another gift card.
GIFT CARD VALUES
A gift card can be loaded with £10, £25, £50 or a maximum of £100. This limit cannot be exceeded through combining separate gift cards, or transferring balances.
GIFT CARD EXPIRY
A gift card is valid for 12 months after purchase date. After which, remaining balance will be removed and the card can no longer be redeemed.
GIFT CARD DELIVERY
After payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email and link to your active gift card. You may then forward this gift card directly to your recipient’s email address. This email link will include a unique code, which can be redeemed at the checkout against the recipient’s order.
PROBLEMS WITH GIFT CARDS
If the code will not apply to your basket contents, yet is within the valid date, please contact Customer Services at support@baiebotanique.com. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your unique code, and will not be able to replace the code, or restore your gift card value.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Should you return product(s) purchased using a gift card for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original payment method.
If the total to be refunded is more than that originally paid by gift card, any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card or cash).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
