Baie Circular is our recycling programme, to keep our packaging in circularity. You can return your packaging materials directly to us. These items will then be sorted and sent to our specialised recycling partner, Terracycle, to ensure they are recycled and repurposed – and don’t end up in landfills. Learn more here.

It costs Baie Botanique to be part of it and the shipping which is FREE to you. We believe taking ownership as a brand for our waste is the right thing to do. There is no cost passed onto you. Instead unlike most cosmetic recycling schemes, we give you rewards points in return.

As well as feeling good in the knowledge that all of your Baie Botanique plastic packaging will be recycled, you will also earn points towards your Rewards points balance. For more info please check here.

All Baie Botanique outer packaging such as shipping boxes, cardboard packaging, or paper tissue should be placed in your kerbside recycling or composted.

Please still return any broken plastic packaging to us, we can still ensure it is recycled. The only broken packaging we ask you kindly do not return is broken glass.

Currently, the only plastic Baie Botanique packaging you can recycle kerbside if your local council accepts No 4 plastic is the body of our Face Wash tube. The Cap of the Face Wash tube may be returned to us and will count as 1 product.

For the rest of your Baie Botanique plastic packaging, you can send it back to be recycled. Any outer packaging such as shipping boxes, cardboard packaging, or paper tissue can be placed in your kerbside recycling or composted. We do not accept empty packaging from other beauty brands as we are advocating for all brands to implement refillable models as a first point of call. Accepted material:

            ● Baie Botanique plastic bottles, tubes(if not accepted by your local recycling) and tube caps.

Not accepted:

            ● Baie Botanique glass packaging - please place this in your home/ kerbside recycling.

            ● Baie Botanique cardboard/ paper external packaging - please place this in your home/ kerbside recycling.

            ● Any product packaging from other brands.

You can reuse one of our boxes or any other packaging to return the items. Just download, print, and attach our label to the package. You can print or download and print the label here. Attach the label to your package and take it to your local post office.

If returning the Discovery Set, only the Serum, Face Wash, and Enzyme Cleanser bottles are eligible for return. They will be counted as one bottle since they come from one set.

If returning the Double Cleanse Edit, the Face Wash and Enzyme Cleanser bottles will be counted as 1 item since they come from one set.
