Joining is easy! Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points!
You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!
Your points can be redeemed against everything in our store.
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup. You can also view your points balance in your account.
If you no longer see points in your account it could be because you have redeemed them for a rewards code. Please follow these steps to check:
- Log in to your account. Either by clicking on the person icon on the top right-hand side of the site on desktop or on ACCOUNT in the menu section on a mobile device. You may also login by clicking here
- Once logged in navigate to the REWARDS page which you will find in the menu or by clicking here
- Once on the rewards page scroll down to the "Reward History" button (which can be found next to or below the "Redeem Now" button) click on it and you will see any unused rewards (points that have been redeemed for a rewards code) there.
- If a reward is shown here please click on the VIEW button and you will be shown your rewards code that is available to be used on your next order.
Nb. If you wish to redeem a code now click on "Apply code" and the code will be automatically applied to your order.

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.
Rewards points are issued as codes which you redeem at the checkout, rewards codes are not combinable with other promo codes.
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Yes. There is a min cart checkout value (after Reward Voucher being applied) of £20
For £15 Rewards Voucher to be applied. Order value pre Rewards Voucher should be £35
£35 reduced to £20 with 300 points
For £10 Rewards Voucher to be applied. Order value pre Rewards Voucher should be £30 for £10 rewards to be applied.
£30 reduced to £20 with 200 points.
For £5 Rewards Voucher to be applied. Order value pre Rewards Voucher should be £25 for £5 rewards to be applied.
£25 reduced to £20 with 100 points.
Yes! Your points will expire after 12 months.
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent £50 towards a 'spend £100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a £20 item, which bumps you up to £70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to £50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
